Great hands-off daily cleaning Vacuum

Love the machine and it makes a big difference and helps us keep the home clean since we bought it. Easy to set up and connect with the app. We also enjoy the hands-off experience with a fully automated dock which takes care of the self empty, wash and dry. Also like the strong suction and dual spinning pads which mop very diligently and effectively. This model meets all the needs we have at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend it!

Excellent Performance and Useful Features
The design is beautiful, and white is my favorite color. I love that it doesn’t get tangled with hair, and the auto-empty, mop washing, and drying features are amazing. The app is also very comprehensive and easy to use. I now schedule it daily to clean several rooms, and it does a great job every time. I’m so satisfied that I plan to buy another one for my vacation home. Highly recommended!

Ramp attachment
I would like to comment on the the general functionality and the effectiveness of the unit. Easy to use and set up and it does an amazing job. I would however suggest that an adjustable ramp be sold as an attachment to help with the ability of the unit to access areas more easily. I found this to be a challenge for the unit for multiple floor levels and types.

I bought this to replace my old robot vacuum that couldn’t self-clean, and it’s been a great upgrade. With one cat and one dog, there’s always hair, but this handles it really well and saves me a lot of effort.The best part is how low maintenance it is—I don’t have to deal with dirty mops or constant emptying anymore. The app is also very clear and easy to use.

L’appareil est super mais ne vient pas avec le récipient à savon. Alors j’ai du les contacter pour l’obtenir. Cela a été un peu ardu mais j’ai finalement pu l’obtenir. Je suis très satisfaite de l’appareil et des résultats.Il y a beaucoup de fonctions et j’ai encore du mal à tout bien gérer mais c’est vraiment super.

Powerful cleaning and super convenient

My floors have never looked cleaner thanks to this robot vacuum. Dust, hair, and crumbs are quickly picked up by the powerful suction. An added plus is the mopping feature, which keeps the floor looking new without becoming too wet. Additionally, I appreciate that the dustbin doesn’t need to be emptied every day thanks to its self-emptying feature. I can set cleaning schedules or no-go areas using this user-friendly app that also provides an accurate map of the house. Although it isn’t completely silent, the noise level is appropriate given its power. All in all, it saves me a great deal of time and requires little work to maintain the house tidy. If you’re looking for a dependable robot vacuum, it’s well worth it.

Washboard error – two units tried, same problem. Otherwise nice machine … except it doesn’t work
I gave the machine 2 stars because I liked the suction and the mop cleaning performance but otherwise had problems. I note the same unit sold in other markets has the detergent canister but not in Canada for some reason. Would have been nice. The first one I received worked for a couple of cleanings. Then I got an error message that mop pad cleaning board has a problem not draining. When it is time to return to base, it goes through a cleaning process to clean the mop pad by rubbing them against a raised rib base and spraying the pad with water. But, during this process it goes into an error mode saying base is not draining properly. I contacted tech support and went through the steps they provided but didn’t fix it. So, I sent it back to Amazon and they were great with the return although I am still waiting on the refund. So, I ordered the exact same model again because I had bought extra mop pads, brushes, bags, etc. and had the app installed on my phone…. and I really liked it when it worked. I got the new one and the very first time I used it … the very first time it returned to base … same error. Obviously there is a problem in the design. I am a mechanical engineer and build my own cars and am quite mechanical and no stranger to apps and electronics. I fix my own appliances when they break so I am no stranger to this equipment. I think there is a sensor problem or the firmware that controls the error might need updating. Nonetheless, the second one is going back to Amazon. I am now looking for a different model and manufacturer. I read the comments on this model before and find it hard to believe I am the only one had this problem …. and I had it twice. I know I am not the only one that had the problem because the supplier has a published procedure on their website to correct the problem … which doesn’t correct it either. So, anyone else have the “washboard error”?

This robot vacuum and mop has been really helpful at home. It can vacuum and mop, and I like that it can do both in one routine. The scheduling feature is very convenient since I can set it to clean daily.At first my husband thought it wouldn’t work well because we have toys around the house, but it actually avoids obstacles pretty well and doesn’t push things around. It cleans under the bed nicely too. We also have two pets and it handles the hair without issues. Very happy with it so far.
